Absolutely! Our studio is beginner-friendly with modifications for every posture. Suzanne has been teaching beginners for over 20 years, and the structured format makes it easy to track your progress. Most students feel comfortable after just a few classes.
The room is maintained at approximately 104°F (40°C) with about 40% humidity. We use infrared heating for even, penetrating warmth combined with dehumidification for comfort. This combination helps your muscles warm safely while reducing that "steam room" feeling.
Yes, with proper modifications and your doctor's approval. Suzanne has extensive experience working with post-surgery students and can provide personalized guidance. Many students have found hot yoga instrumental in their recovery and mobility restoration.
Bring water, a towel (or two!), and comfortable, breathable clothing. If you have them, yoga blocks and a strap can help with modifications. We provide mat rental with your intro offer, or you can bring your own mat. Wear light layers that won't weigh you down when sweaty.
